Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join a building project in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing timber cladding finishes to Houtskeletbouw (HSB) structures, working accurately to project specifications and maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project. This is a long-term self-employed contract on an established building project, with accommodation provided for the successful applicant.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter / Joiner on building or construction projects Previous experience installing timber cladding Experience working with Houtskeletbouw (HSB) or timber-frame construction Ability to work accurately from drawings, specifications and site instructions Relevant trade qualifications or certification Valid A1 certificate/status for working in the Netherlands Valid VCA certificate or equivalent Self-employed or operating through your own Limited Company Professional and health insurance appropriate for the work Basic English communication skills Own suitable PPE Own required tools Ability to meet all project and site requirements Important: Applicants must be able to provide evidence of all required qualifications, certifications, insurance and right-to-work documentation.
