Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a large-scale concrete project in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of groundworks activities, supporting excavation, foundations, drainage, concrete preparation and associated site works while working as part of an established construction team. This is a long-term self-employed contract on a major construction project, with accommodation provided for the successful applicant.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Groundworker on construction or civil engineering projects Experience in groundworks, foundations and associated site activities Ability to work from drawings, specifications and site instructions Relevant trade qualifications or certification where required Valid A1 certificate/status for working in the Netherlands Valid VCA certificate or equivalent Self-employed or operating through your own Limited Company Professional and health insurance appropriate for the work Basic English communication skills Own suitable PPE Own required tools Ability to meet all project and site requirements Important: Applicants must be able to provide evidence of all required qualifications, certifications, insurance and right-to-work documentation.
